Historical Clean-up
Historical clean-ups allow us to take a deep dive on the months since you last filed taxes and review all transaction history to date. We will re-enter and recategorize all necessary transactions, ensure assets and liabilities are reflecting accurately, reduce noise and clutter in your accounting file, and customize your reporting to give you the exact information you need for your business.
Full or Partial Monthly Maintenance
The best way to avoid a clean-up would be to tend to your books monthly. We offer two packages for monthly maintenance: Full and Partial.
Full monthly Maintenance allows you to sit back, relax, and let us do the leg work of managing your books. We will tailor our services to the needs of your business so you can focus on running your business and less on worry about the numbers.
Partial monthly Maintenance allows you to still hold the reigns in your daily and weekly bookkeeping needs. Our team will come in at the end of each month to QC all efforts made throughout the month, manage any necessary high-level or complex entries, as well as reconcile each account through the end of each month.
Both packages will include on-going troubleshooting & support!
Catch Up
Whether you had a prior bookkeeper or simply feel behind on your own books because, well life happens (!!)- we got you covered. Think of a catch-up as a mini clean-up. We will help bring your books up to date! We can tailor this package to your needs in the event you are also seeking any level of customization or optimization of current processes and workflows.
